I drive extra miles to be seen at the New Braunfels office. The staff here is very friendly and accommodating. There is a large waiting room with plenty of space between chairs. Medically speaking, the staff is very professional. PA Watson will do anything he can to get your pain under control. Every month he checks in with how you are doing and is willing to discuss treatment options with you. Love this place! More

I was referred to Dr.West by Tricity Pain Associates when I started having hip and leg pain. I was taught some stretching exercises as well as exercises to strengthen my back and leg. Dr. West showed me how I could easily complete the program in my own home on a daily basis. I was surprised how the stretching activities really have relieved my pain and I feel so much stronger. After 6 weeks, I am now resuming to my daily walking! I highly recommend Tyler West if you are experiencing back and leg pain which are impeding your daily life. Thank you, Tyler! Before seeing Dr. Murphy the first.time I thought I was going to be in chronic plain, plus pain from RA and specific accidents, including a recent rear-end collision, for the rest of my expected very long life. After working with Dr. Murphy's group a short while, I realized that they not only listened carefully but also had an arsenal of tools and techniques not available elsewhere & compared to a referral for a sciattica injection, where primarily military amputees were treated, my first visit with Dr. Murphy was 10+++ compared to my other two month weekly visits. My new treatments have been amazingly effective, plus the constant help and reassurance has made the future appear much brighter & life worth living. At first I didn’t really like this practice because it’s not as personable as my other pain Dr. but I’ve seen some results after about a year of treatment. You don't really see the doctor except for treatments and follow ups from them otherwise you see the PA. The only problem I've had is them shifting or canceling my appointments without informing me.. After being there awhile I do believe PA Monis and Dr Bengali are really trying to help you and find results. More

I've been going to Tri-City pain associates for quite some time now when I've gone they are always friendly and have excellent staff, I'm a patient of Dr. Monis & been seeing PA Houston. They are both very thorough and PA Houston went out of his way to help me try to authorize an injection for my knee while waiting for a knee replacement so I can alleviate some of the pain. I have been a patient for the past 4 1/2 yrs now and my experience has always been a pleasant one. Even though I have a bit of a drive to get there, the staff always receives me with a smile. They know me by name and always make my visit memorable! Gwen has been in my corner in making afternoon appointments for me and her warmth and generosity is never lost on me, she is my Angel! My Dr’s assistant (PA-Gonzales) has worked very hard to get me the best care possible, I am truly grateful for his generosity, honesty and competence. Even though I wish they were closer to my home, I make the drive into an adventure. UPDATE: My Feb 2022 appt was efficient and pleasant. The lobby was very crowded, but the staff worked hard to keep everything flowing and uneventful. Diana is triage and she is ALWAYS so pleasant and ready with a smile. I enjoy our time spent during my appt. She is so helpful if I need help and a very good caregiver. After my drive getting there I am usually a bit off and she always lifts me up. I wish to give thanks to Dr. Tyler West for readjusting my walker to the correct hight and showing me how to relearn walking with my right foot straight ahead and not sideways. It's really alleviated some of the pain I was feeling from the Sciatica nerve pain shooting all the way to the bottom of my foot. Best decision of my life!! Dr Vigil/P.a Gonzales and their entire staff have been a true blessing for the last 10 years. I suffer from chronic back pain along with other issues that had me in constant pain. I was depressed, sad, and was losing my will to live but they made sure from the moment I had my first appointment that they were gonna take great care of me and they did just that!!! Dr. Vigil is fantastic. He is caring and compassionate. He is always looking for new ways to "tweak" my treatments as he tries to decrease my post surgical neck and back pain. He has a lovely staff. Roxanne and AJ make me feel safe and at ease in the treatment room. Dr. Vigil and his staff have given me a new lease on life as I deal with chronic pain. Update: I was seen at the San Pedro office. As usual I was seen at my scheduled time. Gwen is always a smiling face when I arrive. The paperwork is seamless and I waited 10 minutes before I was escorted to a room. Assistant took my information and vitals, Maria came in and started my IV (painlessly) and Dr. Vigil came in shortly. He took his time in talking to me and we agreed on what series of injections I would be getting on my next visit as I have several body parts that are post operative. Dr. Vigil and his staff have literally changed my life. I had to retire early due to chronic pain. I feel as if I had been treated by him years ago I still might be working. Appointments are met at the specified time probably 90% of the time. That alone stands as high praise in this "health-for-profit", corporate based hellscape we call Healthcare! The office staff are reasonably efficient and generally well mannered and pleasant. The medical staff seem well-trained but are a bit cagey when questioned. As a patient in the sensitive, over-scrutenized and hugely over-politicized area of pain management, one tends to feel a bit anxious to question their treatment for fear of displaying"drug-seeking" behavior. It is a crime to be denied treatment on such subjective grounds. I have lived with severe chronic pain since my early 20's. I finally sought treatment several months ago. I regret the amount of time and enjoyment of life I sacrificed for fear of this witch hunt. My pain treatment has given me a quality of life never before experienced. Please do not make my mistake. This review is in reference to Tricity Pain Associates and Doctor Vasireddy and Staff on 03/97/2022 @ 08:45: 110 Stone Oak Pkwy Suite 103: This was my initial visit to be assessed and evaluated for my past and current pain. Upon arriving, I was greeted with a very kind and friendly professional staff member, who asked, do you have an appointment? In which I replied yes, she asked if it was for a procedure or an office visit, my reply was office visit, then she continued processing me in, and at the same time notified me that there were issues reported by patients, with the online check-in system, in which I did have a problem doing so. After being called back to have my vital signs taken, then I was lead to the exam room where I was introduced to Dr . Vasireddy, which I found to be a very soft spoken, kind, friendly, and warm-hearted person. I must say, I was very impressed by my initial visit with Dr. Vasireddy, and his staff, and others of Tricity Pain Associates Staff, which I encountered. All the offices I go to at Tricity are very good personnel..Shout out to the receptionist at oakwell on the feb 25th 2022..I believe her name Rashad she is one of the best in handling situations..I observed one with a not so nice elderly couple both acting up because a dr that want there an she had called them twice the day before to tell them the appointment was canceled..the elderly couple made the excuse they dont answer unknown numbers..an that she should have texted them..but thier tone with her is what I found mean...butshe handled it beautifully..I commend her for doing her job so well ..Tricity is lucky to have an employee like her!!..
